Many of us love to believe that there is someone out there for everyone. So what happens if you don’t find your one and only until later in life? Amazingly, this 104-year-old fisherman has caught himself a 94-year-old girlfriend, and it appears as though neither of them are going anywhere.

Humble Beginnings

Harold Nelson lives in Colorado, but it appears as though there’s something that’s kept him busy over the years: fishing. That’s right; he might be 104 years old, but Harold admits that he has been a fisherman since he was 8 years old. He’s spent the majority of his time pursuing his passion ever since, and he has no plans of giving up just yet.

Fighting In The War

Sadly, Harold was one of the thousands of soldiers who found themselves a part of World War II. Harold served in the third infantry under General George S. Patton where he was shot no less than four times throughout his time in the services. Amazingly, Nelson says that’s yet another reason that he loves fishing so much as Harold has never almost lost his life while pursuing his hobby.

Meeting His Love

It wasn’t until nearly a decade ago that Nelson met someone who could keep up with his hobby, and she came as 94-year-old Jeanne God. The pair apparently met while they were traveling on a bus to a casino. Although Nelson has been fishing for longer than Jeanne has been alive, it appeared as though the couple immediately hit it off and started dating.

Plenty In Common

Nowadays, both Nelson and Jeanne confess they spend the majority of their time laughing with one another. That’s not all. They both head off on fishing trips with one another as they watch the days go by. As if that wasn’t enough, Nelson and Jeanne have almost 200 years of experience between them, meaning they still have plenty of advice to give back to the rest of the world.

They say that love always wins, and it looks as though Nelson and Jeanne have finally been able to collect their prize. For now, it seems the couple can enjoy their time planning their next fishing trip by one another’s side.

There are a couple of images circulating on the web that makes one ask tons of questions. The photos are usually weird and hard to explain. They could be photos of people doing weird things, or objects placed where it is hard to describe how they got there. Below are some different examples of such strange and hard to explain photos.

This is just unexplainable. It may seem safe parking the car right there on the balcony of the first floor; no one will even think of stealing such an awkwardly parked car.

The real problem is how the owner intends to drive the vehicle out. Unless there are vehicles that now fly that many are unaware of, it’s virtually impossible to bring the car down each day. It’s simply just surprising that someone could think of keeping a car at such a weird place.

The position of the car is a later discussion. Right now, it’s safe to say this is the most securely parked car right in the open. It would require a well-planned heist to steal the car.

Now, back to reality, how on earth did this happen? Did the car fall from the sky? Was it assembled behind the trees? Were the trees planted after the car was placed against the wall? Are the trees artificial types? Anyone who sees this picture will obviously ask another question or two. There may be some possible answers if one starts to analyze the picture, but no one might ever know how it happened.

What the older folks say about keeping one’s things properly is proved true by this picture. Whoever owned this bicycle must have kept it near the tree thinking of going back to pick it.

If anything is obvious in the picture, it’s the old look of the bicycle — it must have forgotten for a long time. Since the owner never did go back to retrieve the bicycle, the tree decided to take a little ride. Should the owner be back, the bicycle now belongs somewhere else.

This is a true definition of “nothing can touch me.” No dog can get to this well-protected cat. This a secure container that no claw can destroy and the sharp canine teeth of a dog cannot penetrate — a safe place indeed.

Well, do get carried away. The question in mind is how the cat got inside the tiny opening of the container? The container is similar to a water dispenser. And obviously, a dispenser has a tiny top that most likely won’t be big enough to allow the cat entry. Maybe it’s wide enough after all.

Whoever wrote the product description for this product needs to be checked. Two possible things might have gone wrong; the individual has color blindness (or colorful eyes)! Or the description was written for another product.

Sadly, the caption “taste the rainbow” is written all over the product. One can’t help but wonder what rainbow is being referred to. On the flip side, the caption is possibly meant to attract buyers, perhaps an advertisement strategy. Hopefully, this approach will work.

This stacking of cars is supposed to be possible with kids’ toys. The little sized cars will be easy to stack on each other. Should it fall, no harm results, it’s just a game of plastic toys. Look at the pictures again, these are no toy cars.

These are actually cars that are probably not in use anymore, but how did they get there? Someone actually took out time to get a machine and start using it to stack up against cars on what appears to be a no longer growing tree stem. The arrangement is all the funnier when looking at the pattern.

Ever wondered if there’s a bank that is so safe that can’t be broken into? Well, here is one right in nature. Here is a log of a tree with coins stack into tissues of the wood — can’t be removed and also nicely arranged.

No one can’t tell how these coins grew inside the tree except someone who lived when it happened. Overall, it’s a beautiful and amazing sight. Forget the Swiss bank or any other expensive type – this is the real deal.

One of the aspects of life that brings beautiful and out of the normal sights is nature. Especially trees and rocks. There are always some unusual and out of the ordinary things about them. This tree for example has a root. Just on the stem of the tree, another root has developed and it’s creating a tree sideways.

It’s not even a short one, it has obviously grown to a good length and most likely keeps growing. Nature can be amazing at times. Where are the scientists? Those bunch of geniuses should have an answer for these.

Starbucks coffee needs an award of steadfastness and dedication to service. Despite the flood, the coffee shop still deems it fit to open and sell coffee to buyers. The way the sellers got the shop is not the question here, they’ll probably walk through the water to make money.

The real concern is the buyers. Do they love coffee so much that walking through water isn’t a problem? This is funny and so weird. How can someone expect people to come around to buy edibles in a flooded environment?

The balance here is unexplainable. If there is anything difficult to place well on a tiny head, it’s a large and flat object. Nature did a fantastic job here.

It’s a beautiful and mesmerizing sight. It brings to mind the lovely and sleek moves of someone practicing yoga. The weight balance while putting the hand in a prayer form comes to mind easily. While it may be difficult for a regular person to explain this rock arrangement, a geologist will have a good answer.

Yes, it’s an elephant and a big one at that. The problem here is how the elephant got there. Is it a park? Or the elephant wandered off? It doesn’t seem like the latter since the elephant seems to know where to get water (it’s certainly not his first time).

The poor thing was so thirsty it came to drink in the toilet area, even drinking directly from the water system. Arrh! Irritating really. Imagine someone walking into the toilet at that time, how shocked and scared the individual must be.

Imagine this, “a yellow-colored vehicle is sighted from afar, as it comes closer it looks more exotic. Then as it pulls up, wow! It’s a Lambo.”

The first thing that will come to mind when the windows go down is seeing a beautiful face stick out. But to everyone’s surprise, it’s a bear! Bear? In a Lamborghini? So unusual and certainly unexpected. The expected reaction is what the people in pictures are showing; amazed, taken aback, and taking pictures. It’s one rare sight.

The picture looks like typical Nickelodeon content — funny and unreal. This pet owner is a true lover of animals. Imagine finding the time to sew this opossum a lovely cloth, and grooming it neatly. The beautiful part is the calmness of the opossum; no disturbances and sitting pretty as a baby would.

She carried the opossum in an affectionate way– marvelous! Regardless of how anyone perceives it, either as something beautiful or totally awkward, the sight of them will command or second glance if not long and unending stare.

Not again! What exactly is this? The picture seems to be taken by two individuals; a man and a woman. It’s a selfie picture with both of them looking at the camera. Everything looks normal until one takes a closer look at what appears to be a mirror at the rear.

Ideally, the mirror was to show the back view of the individuals in the picture. For the man in the picture, that was the view projected. However, for the lady, it’s utterly different. She is facing somewhere else which shouldn’t be. This is unexplainable!

Every day is a chance to see something extraordinary. Funny and awkward things will never cease to exist. The garage certainly has a space inside for a car, so how that small vehicle on top got there is a story worth listening to.

Is that there is no space for an extra vehicle? Certainly, there is nothing like a double garage with an unguarded top where the car can fall off from a slight mistake. One last thing, was there a ladder or platform the vehicle moved on to get the top? — one will never know.

Humans are amazing. Sometimes seeing something stops one dead in their tracks and confused. In this modern world with so many fashion brands with lovely clothes designs, someone still felt the need to go back in time and dress like an English knight.

What’s that saying about a knight in shining armor? This in no way matches that statement. He even has a chain around the neck, haha! What a mix of the old and new. However, he needs to know knights back then didn’t wear clothes made of can tabs.

This picture shows an improvement from the regular method of bicycle keeping on the street. Most persons will find a lock and pin a bicycle beside a tree.

However, this individual took the security of the bicycle to a completely new level. First, the bike was elevated (an outreach of short people). Now, for the tall ones, the bicycle parts were woven into the iron designs near the tree. Whatever method the individual used to keep the bicycle at that height is weird.

This is certainly a tale because no one will believe that the wall clock has baked beans in it. Then the clock with the beans in it is placed on the wall.

There is simply no explanation for this. Is it a kitchen hack? Perhaps the hands of the clock will move well? Certainly not! The feeble hands of the clock can obviously not move through the mixture of thick baked beans. This weird and unusual picture is one of the many funny and shocking images on the internet.

Is this a sort of ritual? Kissing the inner part of the toilet seat? The germs, irritation, and the disgust. How did the individual manage that? While it may be difficult to pinpoint the exact reason for this, truth and dare come to mind.

It could be one of those nights when young ones who have had too much to drink start playing truth and dare. This game is known for its weird dares. Perhaps a lady was dared to kiss the inner part of the toilet seat– she obviously didn’t decline.

This picture looks hilarious and at the same time confusing. Could it be that carrots can now power objects? Uhh, that seems a little impossible.

Yet, this individual feels the need to use this vegetable in an electrical device. Could it be that a part of animals goes into the production of batteries? Or this vegetarian just wants everything to be of made veggies and run-on veggies? Only the individual can answer that.

People allow their pets to stay on the same bed with them. It could be a lovely dog or a cat perhaps. To the disappointment of many, the image shows a funny scene of a man holding his pet tightly and covering it with a duvet.

It’s not any kind of pet people are familiar with, it’s a motorbike! Yes, a motorbike and a huge one at that. So it’s surprising that something that heavy can be placed on a bed.

Not so many people are aware of the usefulness of a seatbelt when in a car. The car in the picture got hit and caused some damage. The effect was someone at the back who seemed to have hit her face against the back of a seat.

She was wearing makeup but not a seat belt. When the car hit a surface, the force pushed her against the seat and created an unexpected print on the seat. The image although funny reminds one of the need to always wear a seatbelt when in a vehicle.

What’s a tuna without fish? Imagine shopping and getting to a particular rack in a mall only to spot a tuna can with the label ”Fishless tuna.”

Two things could happen – one could drop the can in disappointment or decide to pick it out of curiosity. Choosing the latter, there are two possibilities; the tuna may actually not contain a fish, or it may contain fish (although quite unlikely). Anyway, it’s quite funny and not a common thing, and this makes it part of the pictures that makes one ask questions.

A simple glance at the picture shows everything wrong with the image. The road is too tiny, there is a water body a few centimeters away; all this shows the space is not a parking lot.

Even if one wants to believe that the water wasn’t there when the car was parked (perhaps a flood happened), the pavement is still too small for the size of that car. The tires are just at the edge, any wrong move, the car will take a quick dive into the bottom of the lake and that’s it.

The use of a helmet is compulsory to avoid accidents and injuries when riding a bike. This precaution affects not just the bike man but the passengers as well. To avoid this, both the driver and passenger are mandated to wear helmets.

The passenger must wear a helmet to ride alongside the driver. The lady in this picture seems to have no helmet, so she improvises using a pot as a helmet. The confusing thing is that the pot is covering the entire face and part of the body — no way to see ahead and spot when she gets to her destination.

This is a kind of image that makes the eyes roll in a disproving way and makes the mind ask “what’s this?” This obviously looks like something done for the camera.

The question is for what purpose because this certainly is not fascinating a tiny bit. The individual could actually fall and also get the device crashed.

Why would anyone dress like this in public? The freedom to do just about anything has made many jump on just about anything they want. This lady is well dressed and out of the blue decides to look weird.

This leaves one with many questions. Is she trying to get a message across? Is her dressing linked to anything at work? This is what pictures like this do; they give rise to many questions that nobody can answer.

Look at the image again. Shocking right? That’s it! Nothing can qualify it more. The women in this image are either casting for a movie because there is no other valid excuse for this indescribable act.

What would others on the street at the moment think? A lot would be running through their minds also, trying to think of why grown women (all well dressed) will drag a piece of pressing iron around a busy street.

Many weird things happen because humans do a lot of funny things that can’t be backed by a good line of reasoning. For example, why on earth would you think of getting a fish and then glue it to the screen of an automated teller machine.

The individual took the time to find a tape, a fish as long as the ATM screen, and taping it to the screen. What for? why? It just questions upon questions with no one to answer or give reasons for the weird things they have done.

This perhaps is one of the most awkward images ever. It’s just unexplained why someone will choose to dress this way. What is the life jacket for to start with? This is the highway, not the sea, life jackets won’t save lives here. His drama didn’t stop at that.

He was also wearing a burger king hat and was fishing in an empty ditch at the roadside– oh my my! What is wrong with him? Who fishes on a bicycle and in a ditch that contains no water and obviously no fish? Only him, he just created a record but Guinness ain’t here!

The carburetor is an important part of the car engine that most people do know.

The regular type is not usually as fascinating. But this in the picture seems to have a smiling shape that looks like a happy emoji. What was the manufacturer thinking? Considering it’s not a common and visible object, it’s waste of time.

There are lots of shocking and unexplainable things in the picture. First, is the underwear natural? Of course, it isn’t. Is it possible someone must have taken the time to measure the tree and came with the right size?

It’s actually the right size really. But that would have been impossible remembering that both legs would need to get in at the same time or one after another– either way is impossible. The only reasonable option is that someone used a piece of cloth and tied it at the back. Smart one!

This is simply the height of it. Imagine seeing a vehicle on the road. Perhaps driving behind it and then there’s a written caption, “Caution: trailer contains a disease with no cure.”

There is no doubt one would hesitate for some time and naturally stay far away from the trailer. The trailer is most likely carrying fragile items or something hazardous. This could explain the use of caption written at the rear part of it. Regardless, it’s still surprising to see something like this in public.

The world has seen an increase in the variety of animals now domesticated and owned by pet lovers around the globe. Wait, are crocodiles now domesticated?

The owner in the image even strapped it like a mother does her baby. Now, that is not even the unexplainable part. Considering the strength of a croc’s teeth, it’s surprising to see her kissing it on the mouth. She seems not to be bothered– certainly weird.

It’s difficult to know the reason why people do some things. Sometimes it could be just a joke while it’s some kind of entertainment for some.

This time around, someone somewhere seems to cook baked beans in a crocs. Could this be named crocs-pot? That’s a good name for this bizarre act. Exactly how long will the crocs last under intense heat? It will definitely burn before the beans start to emit steam.

If there is an award for the weirdest positioning of objects, then there is a winner already. The fan could have been placed at the center, or a few inches from the wall if the fan must be positioned near the wall.

Placing it near the wall and creating an opening near the wall looks weird and confusing. Why go through the stress of creating a hole in the wall when there is a better and easier way to go about it. Somethings are simply difficult to understand especially when one cant read minds.

This is the definition of mission impossible. There is no way a tree that big would fit into the trunk of the car.

It’s not a big car, but three is quite large with some branches and leaves on it. In terms of height, the tree is bigger than the car yet the owner is trying to fit it in.

The bags in the picture no doubt look a lot like drawings. Of course, no one ever thinks to think these bags are hung for sale. Surprisingly, the bags are not toys despite looking so much like one.

The manufacturer or individual who crafted them must have spent a lot of time trying to make the bags look so cartoon-like. Despite the effort put into making lots of the bags look that funny, there seems to be none that matches how an ideal bag looks.

This lovely crate of egg is well designed and dotted with numbers to make it look easy to place objects in and take the number. However, most can argue that the number will be quite useless when objects are placed in it.

The use of the number is not the captivating thing here, the number is. The holes are numbered in good order until it came to twelve. Instead of printing the number “12”, “dozen” was simply written. It’s not something usual, it’s a good alternative to writing the common digit.

Road signs ought to be simple and easy to understand, but not this one. Just take a look at the image below. Merely reading it, what comes to mind is some technology devices that automatically especially to reduce the speed of vehicles.

Instead of using such a term, road bumps should have been used since it’s the term many are familiar with. There is no telling that whoever sees the sign will definitely have to think over and over before understanding the idea.

Did someone really stick to this pen and used the entire ink? Many people use a pen but not all use a pen to the full. To the full? Well, most people will admit to using more than one pen within two weeks or even use different pens before without exhausting the ink in one.

In the picture, the owner of the pen has done an excellent job of using the same pen numerous times till the ink is exhausted. Whoever owns the pen needs to be commended for the diligent job and use. It’s not something one gets to see every day.

What’s a cow doing at the beach? There is no grass to eat, not even the smallest of vegetation. The cow is not even on the sandy surface. It’s has walked a bit inside the ocean as if it came for a vacation (to savor the cold water).

How it found its way there is certainly a mystery, even more, mysterious is the calmness and boldness to stay in the waters without being scared of the waves. Whoever took the picture would know a thing or two. Or most likely knows nothing; saw something unusually beautiful and decides to take a picture.

A lady carrying a tote bag has a funny caption writing boldly on it. If taken literally, she may land in trouble (trouble for someone with a bag of troubles).

Looking at the tote bag, the caption is pretty worrying — simply put, everything bad! It’s just a weird caption to carry around in public especially in a place with lots of people around.

Praying Mantis is small and generally categorized as extremely small. Most times even the smallest bird like the hummingbird can be slightly bigger than the praying Mantis. The weird action in the picture is that of a Mantis feeding on a bird.

First, the mantis is lightweight so it is surprising to see it lifting something as big as a lifeless bird. If at all the Mantis has the strength to withstand the weight, how will it eventually feed on the bird? There are many questions to answer but pictures can’t speak– too bad.

No caption seems to fit well as the image is just indescribable. What dress is that? How is the hair packed in that way? If this is a fashion show, who on earth will wish to be styled this way?

Perhaps none except a celebrity going for an award night and wishes to look extremely extraordinary. If at all the duvet-thick dress is appealing (which mostly isn’t), the hair is another problem. It’s splashed on what looks like a pillow and not a headgear.
